Definition
Salary transfer usually means your employer pays your salary into an account with a bank. Some UAE banks offer bonuses or account benefits for salary transfer.
Why it matters
Salary-transfer offers can have salary thresholds, transfer duration rules, new-customer requirements, and expiry dates.
Example
An offer may require a minimum salary of AED 15,000 and a 12-month transfer commitment.
